Le Jaja de Jau est un petit vin de table sans prétention, un vin de soif qui accompagne les repas simples et conviviaux, un petit vin de tous les jours. Une particularité est son habillage conçu par l’artiste Ben (Benjamin Vautier), probablement un remerciement de l’artiste qui a été exposé au Château de Jau qui associe Galerie et fondation d’Art contemporain dédiée aux jeunes artistes (donc moderne) et Exploitation vinicole près de Perpignan. Un vin simple, pour des occasions simples, à un prix très abordable (lien vers le vin le club) – on en trouve chez Carrefour régulièrement.
Cela faisait longtemps que j’avais envie d’en parler, n’hésitez pas à découvrir tous les autres vins, Rivesaltes et Banyuls. On est fans !
